Here, the emphasis was not put on commercial illuminations; the illuminations were more targeted at the inhabitants themselves, connecting the different parts of the town. With this in mind, I focused on public housing and the parks adjoining them.
I proposed a monochrome palette of blues as a backdrop to create a sense of unity, with robotic V-shaped articulated columns - a nod to both planes and birds. I also put forward luminous air vents for the airport, shimmering apples in the apple quarter, and enchanting water effects outside the launderette.
