Bathed in a red light reminiscent of the opera, a countertenor and a mezzo-soprano dressed in costumes and headdresses garlanded with lights welcomed guests at the entrance to the Residence. They handed guests copies of their lyrics in elegant scrolls bound with jewels. At the windows, elegant silhouettes represented the spectators.
In the garden, the magical night was illuminated with trees bathed in ethereal blue. Guests strolled in the gardens, guided by threads of light tracing the outline of a French formal garden on the grass. Chandeliers hanging from the branches of a tree were a poetic reminder of the glamour of the opera. Dotted here and there around the pool with its luminous water lilies, exotic flowers gleamed in the night.
