“Y A QU'À..." is a French association (incorporated under law 1901) created in 1996 by Mourka Glogowski with the aim of enriching cultural sites via artistic and creative projects.

As project manager, Mourka is responsible for the artistic direction of all the creations, and hand-picks project teams according to the project and the site where it is activated.
